OWNER, TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

Erica

Erica is passionate about her role as a Transaction Coordinator assisting Realtors and their clients throughout their home buying or selling process. By managing the intricate details and deadlines of transactions, she allows agents to focus on building client relationships and effectively navigating negotiations.

Erica and her husband, Jared, moved to Oregon in 2017. She is a dog mom to two Tibetan Terriers, Cora and Archie. She loves spending time with friends and family, exploring wineries, indulging in baking, and solving all of true crimes mysteries. Erica’s love for the outdoors aligns well with the beauty the PNW has to offer!

TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

Jennifer

Jennifer’s experience as a Licensed Loan Originator Assistant provided her with a good understanding of the intricacies of a real estate transaction making her well-equipped to handle responsibilities of a Transaction Coordinator, where attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills are crucial.

Jennifer and her husband, Michael, have celebrated 29 years of marriage. Residing in Sherwood, Oregon, they’ve raised their two sons, Riley (28) and Everett (22). Jennifer finds joy in traveling, spending time with loved ones and her little Aussie, Nash, experimenting with new recipes, and exploring the beautiful NW.

TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

Jessica

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and now residing in sunny Arizona, Jessica is passionate about real estate and has a genuine interest for serving others. She has held multiple roles on top teams such as Transaction Manager, Operations Manager and Director of Operations. With a deep understanding of the real estate process and over 11 years of experience, she seamlessly manages paperwork, deadlines, and communications, allowing agents to focus on their clients. Jessica’s commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and problem-solving helps ensure smooth, stress-free transactions for all parties involved. With Jessica onboard, the team is able to provide the highest level of service and expertise to agents!

Outside of work, you will find Jessica watching her daughter compete in cheer, traveling, hiking, working out or watching movies with her family.

Sydney

An Oregon native with over 10 years of experience in real estate, Sydney thrives on creating structure, clarity, and ease throughout every transaction. Known for her keen attention to detail and calm, solutions-focused approach, she expertly manages paperwork, timelines, and communication so agents can stay fully present with their clients.

Driven by a passion for efficiency and client care, Sydney ensures each transaction unfolds smoothly — minimizing stress and maximizing confidence for everyone involved. Her reliability and deep industry knowledge make her an invaluable resource to both agents and their clients.

When she’s not fine-tuning systems or celebrating the success of her clients, you’ll likely find Sydney out on the trails training for her next race, keeping up with her kiddos and pup, or sharing great food and laughter with her husband.
